Unless instructed by the customer we dispatch all orders Using Startrack Express or Fast way Couriers our dispatch charges are as shown below regardless of order size but subject to stock availability & price fluctuations.
- Flat Rate for: WA = $22.00
- Flat Rate for: New south wales, Queensland, South Australia & Victoria (country orders will incur a fee of $7.50) = $40.00
- Flat Rate for: NSW country, QLD country, SA Country Victoria country & Tasmania. = $40.00
- Flat Rate for: Northern Territory = $40.00
- Flat Rate for: Tasmania = $40.00
Australia post non express satchels (prices may very):
- 500g = $10.00
- 1kg = $12.00
- 3kg = $14.00
- 5kg = $18.00
Australia post express satchel (Prices may very):
- 500g = $13.00
- 1kg = $15.00
- 3kg = $18.00
- 5kg = $25.00
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace or credit any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
